DEMAG SOLCUT 40

These are water soluble cutting oils, makes a milky emulsion when mixed proportionately with water. The characteristics of this emulsion are anti - rust, anti corrosive and anti foaming. The good tool life and surface ?nishing. lt minimizes wear and tear and blunting of tool due to over heat, and gives rapid cooling and ?ushing action. Recommended for various cutting operation on ferrous metals. Mixing ratio on oil to water is 1:20 to 1:40 depending upon the operation and tensile strength of material. Our product meets IS 1115 - 1986 speci?cation.
